TabLock Terms of Use

We, TOL LLC, provide the browser extension TabLock. TabLock is utility software designed to help you manage, secure, and organize your browser tabs. By using TabLock, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
TabLock is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You use TabLock at your own risk.
TabLock works by interacting with your browser’s tab management APIs to monitor, organize, lock, or modify the state of your open tabs based on your configured settings. While we do our best to ensure seamless compatibility with standard browsing behavior, these techniques can cause side effects, ranging from the accidental closure of tabs to the potential loss of unsaved data within those tabs. In no event shall we be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with TabLock or its use.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All disputes arising under the Terms of Use (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts sitting in Massachusetts.
You should only install TabLock through the official links provided on our website to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons.
You are not allowed to distribute, modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer the software unless explicitly permitted. If we publish any parts of TabLock’s source code under an open-source license (such as MIT), you may use it at your own risk, provided you comply with the terms of that license and do not use our trademarks.
TabLock is intended to work with the latest version of Microsoft Edge.
TabLock Premium Features
TabLock Plus provides access to a special user interface and additional premium features for a single user. You must pay the stated fee to access and use these premium features. By making a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive right to use these additional features. You are not allowed to redistribute, change, adapt, or reverse-engineer the software.
Privacy-First Payment Architecture & Access Recovery: Due to our privacy-first payment architecture, your premium features may become inaccessible upon reinstalling the extension, creating a new browser profile, switching to a new device, or using a new browser. If you lose access to your premium features for any of these reasons, please send an email to info@tolllc.com using the exact email address you provided on the payment page so we can verify your purchase and restore your access.
Privacy
The TabLock extension does not collect your personal browsing history or the contents of your web pages. Your payment information is handled by our third-party payment provider (i.e. Stripe). We may use your email to contact you regarding your payment or to restore access to premium features. Please see our TabLock Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
Technical Support
We strive to provide email support. However, we do not guarantee a response. We prioritize responding to bug reports that include clear steps to reproduce a problem, issues with standard browser functionalities, and emails regarding payments made or access recovery. We do not guarantee that any reported problem will be resolved.
Changes and Termination
We may terminate or suspend your right to use TabLock if you breach the Terms of Use or if your use of TabLock violates any applicable law.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on our website.
